Immediate openings for an experienced Builder(Superintendent/Construction Manager) to manage construction operations in West St. Tammany parish. The successful candidate will work with the purchasing and sales departments, trade contractors and suppliers, to ensure the timely, cost-efficient construction and closing of over 50 homes per year in a community.

Responsibilities include:
• Manage the construction process to produce quality homes on schedule & within budget
• Schedule & expedite trade contractors & suppliers, resolve job site problems
• Utilize a computerized scheduling system to minimize construction cycle times
• Walk homes daily to maintain quality control & adherence to standards
• Maintain clean, safe job sites in accordance with OSHA safety guidelines
• Conduct pre-construction, pre-drywall & pre-closing customer meetings
• Review & approve trade contractor draw requests & material invoices
• Obtain permits & compliance inspections in a timely manner
• Recruit, evaluate, price & recommend trade contractors & suppliers to the corporate office
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (90%+ customers would recommend)
